Originally from Minnesota, Stephanie has spent the last seven years living downtown and specializing in property sales and rentals in San Diego’s central coastal areas including Downtown, Bankers Hill, Point Loma, Mission/Pacific Beach, Del Mar and Rancho Santa Fe. She has over eight years of experience in real estate and marketing with Prudential, Time Warner and Clear Channel Communications. While she lives and works primarily downtown, clients have brought her all the way up the coast to Del Mar and she spent over a year working for a top producing luxury realtor in Rancho Santa Fe.

Tyler Anderson, REALTOR®

Tyler Anderson has assembled an extensive resume of achievements in advertising, marketing, and public relations over the past seven years. After graduating from the University of San Diego and a one-year stint in institutional finance, Tyler began working in public relations for the San Diego International Sports Council, specifically on Super Bowl XXXVII in San Diego in 2003. The following year, Tyler Anderson joined Clear Channel Communications in advertising sales and created tailored marketing campaigns for clients like the San Diego Padres, Pepsi, Chicken of the Sea, Chipotle, Daphne’s Greek Cafe, and glacéau vitaminwater. In 2007, Tyler Anderson was elevated to Local Sales Manager of Clear Channel’s contemporary hit radio station KHTS-FM, Channel 933. With a passion and understanding of social media, Tyler Anderson left Clear Channel in January 2009 to pursue real estate and develop social media company, Hipfluence. Tyler is happily married to his wife Stephanie and has a yellow Labrador retriever named Aloha.
